Local Delivery Driver – Non-CDL – Final Mile/Home Delivery - Auburn, Maine
Ready to put your driving and delivery experience to work with a dependable local team?
This isn’t your typical delivery job. You will team up with a partner to deliver big, bulky items, real hands-on work for someone who likes staying active.
MaineDelivery is looking for a capable, reliable non-CDL box truck driver to join our final mile delivery team based out of Auburn, Maine. This is a great fit for an experienced driver who is ready to work, values safety, takes pride in customer service, and wants to be part of a strong logistics team with competitive pay, benefits, tips, and performance bonuses.
If you like staying active, this job keeps you moving. No need to hit the gym after a full day of deliveries!
Before you apply: This position is subject to DOT requirements. Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment physical, lifting assessment, and drug screen, including a marijuana-negative result for both medical and recreational use.
Who we’re looking for
- Ability to lift and carry 70+ lbs. repeatedly throughout the day as part of daily delivery work.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass all pre-employment and DOT-related screening requirements.
- Experience safely operating a 26′ non-CDL straight truck or similar box truck preferred; we will train the right candidate.
- A safety-focused, dependable approach to every route, delivery, and customer interaction.
- Reliability, flexibility, and willingness to work occasional longer hours when business needs require it.
- A customer-first mindset with strong communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills, situational awareness, and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced delivery environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
