Please review the following Pre-Delivery Checklist if you are expecting delivery soon. Give our office a call at 207-947-4422 if there are any concerns. We want to make the delivery process as seamless and easy for you as possible.
- Do we have the correct delivery address and phone numbers where you can be reached? Do we need a map or specific directions to find your house?
- Our vehicles are large. Will they be able to reach and park outside your property? Please consider tight turns, narrow driveways, and low hanging obstacles, such as tree limbs or power lines. Inform us if there is any concern.
- If receiving delivery during the winter months, please clear the driveway and entry areas of snow, ice, and debris prior to our arrival. This helps to ensure a quick, safe delivery of your items.
- Please be sure to have someone 18+ available to accept and sign for delivery.
- Please confine your pets at the time of delivery as we would not want to cause them harm or have them harm us.
- Do you have narrow stairs, elevators, or other special delivery obstacles? Please also advise us if the delivery location includes more than one set of stairs.
- Will the furniture fit through the doorways and hallways? Remember, it may not be the actual door size that is an issue but obstacles on either side of the door.
- Please ensure the route to your preferred location is safe and clear of obstacles and fragile items. We cannot be held responsible for damages of this nature.
- If receiving Room of Choice or White Glove delivery, is your preferred room cleared? Our insurance does not permit our drivers to move your existing furniture or electronic equipment.
- If you need to cancel your delivery, please notify us at least one business day prior to your scheduled delivery.
