MaineDelivery utilizes DispatchTrack to track, monitor, schedule, communicate, and dispatch your product to its final destination. Customers can track deliveries 24/7 through our Web Portal Track and Trace Access.
Business Integration
We also integrate with many third-party logistics software solutions to make sure you have visibility of your products, including signature capture at delivery and payment processing and verification.
Inventory Management
Your product will be promptly inbounded, inspected, and bar-code scanned upon arrival at our facility. Inbound handling can include deluxing service as required. We properly document and photograph damage upon receiving so that you can quickly determine the next steps for return or delivery. Our system includes periodic inventory cycle counts, keeping you up to date with products on the dock or in transit.
Dynamic Routing & Fleet Management
We utilize DispatchTrack software to dynamically schedule and route products to their destination shortly after items are received in our warehouse. You and your customers can expect consistent scheduling through zoned regions throughout Maine including weekly or more frequent stops to all points within our coverage area.
KeepTruckin powers our hours of service and fleet management capabilities. Including active GPS tracking and forward-facing dash cams on all delivery trucks.
Customer Communication & Scheduling
Before the delivery, we provide an automated call, text, and email delivery schedule to customers. We proactively update customers on scheduling changes and can quickly adjust on the fly.
Also, we offer customers 2-4 hour delivery windows for every delivery type. Our drivers call 30 minutes before arrival. Your customers can go about their day and know exactly when they need to be available to receive delivery.
Real-Time Order Tracking
Delivery customers can track deliveries online 24/7 through our Web Portal Track and Trace Access. MaineDelivery also provides phone, email, and text communication to delivery customers through our trained and responsive administrative and dispatching teams.
Delivery Rates, Billing, & Settlement
We offer flexible delivery rate schedules to best match your product type and delivery requirements. With electronic proof of delivery, we quickly verify and process completed deliveries to ensure transactions are closed promptly and accurately.
